Mind Gym



We tone-up our physical bodies to keep them fit and sturdy. we  go to gymnasiums, yoga classes, do regular exercise  to remain strong and healthy

Our mind is no different. It too requires a daily workout session. If we let our mind run loose and wild, it actually becomes undisciplined and powerless.So we need something to relaxed our mind

The mind can be toned and relaxed by regular morning session of meditation which  will make it bold, courageous and determined.

Another way to tone your mind is to remember the acronym D BELLS( A concept coined by Berkley professor-turned spiritual teacher, Eknath Easwaran) and follow it
D=> Do be kind
B=> Be patient
E=> Escape need to sound clever at another’s expense
L=> Leave early for work
L=> Leave work at work when you go home
S=>Sort out differences harmoniously

Those who succeed in life are the ones with stable or conditioned minds. They consciously use their minds to create thoughts of abundance and gratitude. They can exercise their will power to obtain productive results.

Once we start the mind gym, our mind will get empowered and we will observe its benefits like an improved memory, enhanced intellect, peace of mind, attitude of acceptance, positive approach towards life, intuitive power and much more.
