The Indian National Physics Olympiad (INPhO for short) is an Olympiad in Physics held in India. It is part of the selection process for the International Physics Olympiad.
The theory part of the INPhO examination is held in end-January/beginning February of every year. It is conducted by the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education. School students (usually of standards 11, 12) first need to qualify the National Standard Examination in Physics (NSEP) held in November of the preceding year. Among the 30,000+ students who sit for the NSEP, only the top 1% are selected for the INPhO.
Circular motion is a very important concept in physics. Here in this page I would like to go through the concept of circular motion. You encounter circular motion in your day to day life. Many rides in amusement parks undergoes circular motion. Curves on highway are part of a circle and cars making a tun undergoes circular motion. Merry-go-Rounds in playgrounds offer further examples of uniform circular motion. Now let us learn more about circular motion.

Answer the question in this post to test your concepts for competitive exams.
We already know about electric field and electric potential. We also know that electrostatic field is completely characterized by vector function E(r). The electric field depicts the force exerted on other electrically charged objects by the electrically charged particle the field is surrounding. Now a question arises why do we need introduction of electric potential when we already have electric field for the description of electric force between charges.
