To remember number, try to create some sentence of the number. That way it will be easy for you to remember
Techniques like mnemonics, visual imagery, rhymes, and chunking can make memorizing easier also. For instance, try to associate a term you need to remember with a visual image, a rhyme, or a joke

(9) A healthy diet might be as good for your brain as it is for your heart. Eat fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Choose low-fat protein sources, such as fish, beans, and skinless poultry. What you drink counts, too. Not enough water or too much alcohol can lead to confusion and memory loss.

(10) Follow your doctor’s recommendations for managing any chronic conditions, such as depression, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, obesity, and hearing loss. The better you take care of yourself, the better your memory is likely to be.
