Four kinds of Force

There are at present four basic forces known to physics. Here is the list of them in order of decreasing strength

a) Strong

b) electromagnetic

c) Weak

d) Gravtitional

Strong Forces Force which holds neutrons and proton together in atomic nucleus
Electromagnetic Force Normal force,Tension,Friction, force of impact between colliding balls, chemical forces which bind molecules together. All force

which we normally experience in our day to day life is electromagnetic in nature.

Weak Forces Force found in radioactive decay
Gravitational force Gravity force of earth and sun

1) Strong forces have extremely short ranged so we do not feel them but they are hundered times more powerful than electrical force

2) Gravitional force are quite weaker then electrical force. We notice them because of huge concentration of mass. The electric force between two electrons is 1042 times as large as gravitional attraction
