It was established in 1964 and since then it has been offering first-rate Degree courses to aspirants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It conducts Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT) every year.This exam is to offer admission in various Engineering courses like Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics, Civil, Chemical, Instrumentation, Electronics and Communication, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering and Biotechnology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>University is famous for undergraduate Degree Courses in Engineering and Sciences. There are three more branches of the University, which are in Goa, Hyderabad and Dubai. These are&nbsp;as good as Pilani one<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BITSAT 2026 is a computer based online exam conducted by BITS Pilani University.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A candidate may appear a maximum of two times in BITSAT-2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The examination will be organized in two sets of dates, BITSAT Session 1 (3rd or 4th week of May) and BITSAT Session 2 (3rd or 4th week of June).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The candidate can choose the Center, the Day, and slot of his\/her convenience to take the test, as described in the BITSAT-2026 brochure.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A candidate may opt to appear twice, even at the time of the first application. Such a candidate will then choose one slot from the first set of dates and another from the second.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A candidate may opt for any session \u20181\u2019 or \u20182\u2019 or \u2018BOTH\u2019.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The student who do not apply\/appear in Session 1 can also apply to appear in Session 2 during the second application window from May to 12th June 2026.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The application window will reopen immediately for Session 2 after the first date of Session 1 of BITSAT.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Various Courses available in various Campuses<\/strong> <br><em>BITS Pilani<\/em> : Chemical ,Computer Science, Electrical &amp; Electronics, Electronics &amp; Instrumentation, Mechanical Manufacturing, Mathematics and computing<br><em>BITS Goa<\/em> :Chemical, Computer Science, Electrical &amp; Electronics ,Electronics &amp; Instrumentation, Mechanical ,Mathematics and computing<br><em>BITS Hyderabad<\/em> :Chemical ,Civil ,Computer Science ,Electrical &amp; Electronics, Electronics &amp; Instrumentation, Mechanical Manufacturing,Mathematics and computing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility criteria for BITSAT 2025<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>(i)For admission to any of the First Degree programmes of BITS except B.Pharm.(Hons.): Candidates should have passed the 12th examination of 10+2 system from a recognized Central or State board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and adequate proficiency in English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(ii)For admission to B.Pharm.(Hons.): Candidates should have passed the 12th examination of 10+2 system from a recognized Central or State board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and adequate proficiency in English. However candidates with PCM may also apply for Pharmacy program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>iii) The candidate should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects (if he\/she has taken Mathematics in BITSAT) or a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects (if he\/she has taken Biology in BITSAT) subjects in 12th examination, with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics \/ Biology subjects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>iv) Only Students who are appearing for 12th class examination in 2025 or who have passed 12th class Examination in 2024 are eligible to appear in the BITSAT-2025 test. If a candidate has taken more than one attempt in 12th class or its equivalent, only his latest performance is considered, provided this attempt has been for the full component of subjects\/courses prescribed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exam Dates(tentative)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The application form for BITSAT will be released in 3rd and 4th week of Jan&nbsp; 2025. It is important to fulfil the eligibility conditions before applying for these<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Board Toppers<\/strong>&#8211; Candidates who secure the top 3 positions in class XII in their respective boards are given a merit scholarship of 100%, 75% and 50% of the first-semester tuition fee respectively for the first semester<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Merit in Qualifying Examination: Students who have obtained 90% or above in the aggregate of the Qualifying Examination are given a merit scholarship of 20% of first-semester tuition fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Merit in Qualifying Examination: Students who have obtained 80% or above but less than 90% in the aggregate of the Qualifying Examination are given a merit scholarship of 15% of the first-semester tuition fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Merit in Competitive Examinations<\/strong>&#8211;
