There are couple of notification release by CBSE Board in this regard. Students are advised to check those on the CBSE side<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbse.gov.in\/cbsenew\/documents\/Circular_Bifurcation_Marks_30102023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bifurcation of Marks<\/a><br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbse.gov.in\/cbsenew\/documents\/Practical_Guidelines_2024_12122023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Guidelines for Practicals<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General Take Aways for students<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All the students are required to appear in the practical examination during the given schedule. The practical exam for the student who are absent on the examination date due to any reason will be re-scheduled  during the notified dates only<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>First, be clear about the syllabus for your practical exams. Understand the experiments, activities, and projects that are part of the curriculum. Also, familiarize yourself with the format of the practical exam, including the types of questions asked, the marking scheme, and the time allotted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go through your class notes, textbooks, and any other study materials provided by your teachers. Make sure you understand the theory behind each experiment or practical activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practice is crucial for practical exams. If possible, perform the experiments yourself under supervision in a lab. This hands-on experience is invaluable and will help you remember the steps more effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand the step-by-step procedures of each experiment. Know how to handle the apparatus, chemicals, and other materials safely and correctly. Also, learn the correct techniques for measuring, mixing, observing, and recording results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important take aways for  Class 10 Students<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No External Examiner will be appointed by Board  for X<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical Answers book will not be supplied by the Board. School will make arrangement for that<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>School will not be sending the Answers book to the Board after the exam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important take aways for  Class 12 Students<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Practical Examination will be held by External Examiner appointed by Board only<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>School will choose one internal examiner also. Both the examiner together will be taking exam<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical Answers book will be provided by the CBSE board<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Answer book will be send to the Regional office of the CBSE Board<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mostly Viva voice questions will be based on Practical in hand on examination day or to the Project you have prepared. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Prepare for Viva Voice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are some tips to help you prepare effectively:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make sure you have a deep understanding of all the experiments or practical work you have conducted. This includes knowing the objectives, methodologies, results, and conclusions of each experiment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Often, viva questions are based on fundamental concepts related to the experiments. Ensure you have a strong grasp of the basic principles and theories underlying each practical.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Try to anticipate the questions that might be asked. These can range from direct questions about the experiment to more conceptual questions. Common areas of inquiry include the purpose of the experiment, the procedures used, observations, the interpretation of results, and any errors or anomalies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practice explaining the key concepts and procedures of your experiments. Being able to articulate these clearly and concisely is crucial. You can practice with a peer, a family member, or even in front of a mirror.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be prepared to discuss how the experiment relates to real-world applications or further studies. This shows a deeper level of understanding and engagement with the subject.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your practicals are related to a rapidly evolving field (like technology or biology), staying updated with the latest developments can be beneficial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How you present your answers is important. Work on speaking clearly, confidently, and at a moderate pace. Make eye contact with the examiner (if culturally appropriate) to demonstrate confidence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It&#8217;s normal to feel nervous, but staying calm can help you think more clearly.
