Area is the space occupied by the plane Figure

Perimeter is the distance around the outside

Now Surface Area and Volume is used for 3-D figure like Cube ,Cuboid, Cylinder

Surface Area is the area covered by the surface of the 3D figure

Volume is the space occupied by the 3-D figure
